JSTCDC: An overview
The Corporation comes into existence in the year 1969 in unified Bihar. In the year 2001, after bifurcation of the State, it was undertaken by the Govt. of Jharkhand (vide its notification No. 94, dated 17.01.2001) with the nomenclature “Jharkhand State Tribal Cooperative Development Corporation Ltd.” registered under the Bihar and Orissa Co-operative Societies Act. 1935. Its registered office is at Ranchi, which is headed by the Managing Director nominated by Govt.of Jharkhand.
